Robert C. J. Millar BSc (Hons) Chiropractic MMCA GCC

Senior Chiropractor & Clinic Partner

Robert graduated from Newcastle University in 1997, studying Environmental Science and Biology before embarking on training as a Chiropractor for five years at the McTimoney College of Chiropractic in Oxford. This intensive course involved studying neuroscience, biomechanics, clinical medicine, human pathologies, chiropractic treatment and rehabilitation. He is registered with the McTimoney Chiropractic Association (MCA) and the General Chiropractic Council (GCC) and has practiced locally across Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire and at the teaching clinic in Oxford post graduation.

As a keen triathlete and sportsman, Robert has developed a specialism in sport chiropractic and soft tissue techniques to support both the recovery and preparation for athletes and recreational sports men and women. Through specialist techniques such as trigger-point therapy, muscle energy techniques and therapeutic ultra-sound, Robert is able to support a range of presenting conditions. These approaches are particularly beneficial prior to and after sports events for conditioning and recovery.

Chiropractic and soft-tissue treatments may benefit all ages and lifestyles, in promoting correct posture and alignment of the body, as well as rehabilitation of painful musculoskeletal conditions. Please contact Robert to find out if Chiropractic care is right for you.

Robert is a registered provider with many insurance companies. Please contact to discuss your requirements.

Sophia Millar BA (Hons) CMNDip mBANT

Nutritional Therapist, Teacher and Clinic Partner

Sophia specialises in plant-based nutrition and currently offers nutritional therapy at a clinic based in Pembrokeshire, UK and via Skype/Zoom for remote consultations.

Her love of all things food related stemmed from becoming a mother and researching plant-based nutrition. Inspired by Robert's passion for triathlon, she supports his training through researching natural nutrition for athletes, particularly how to fuel endurance events to maximise energy and performance. This led to her post graduate studies at The College of Naturopathic Medicine in London in Biomedicine, Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy.
